Happy Weekend! / myLot

Good morning everyone and I hope your all doing well. I survived my first week of working the 6-230 shift and I have been enjoying getting out of work earlier and used to getting up at 4am now. But I'm also thankful it's the weekend as I was exhausted and work was super busy this week. After work yesterday I went grocery shopping and spent 156 dollars and I feel like I didn't even get that much. Then came home took care of everything and then I just relaxed the rest of the night watching TV and was in bed at 8pm. I slept in until 7am this morning and here i am checking my online sites and having coffee. I am home this weekend so I only have a few chores to do today and laundry that's about it. I'll be around today since I'm here alone and no real plans. The boyfriend is busy this weekend so I won't be seeing him which is okay I'll see him again on Wednesday. Hoping to have a nice weekend and take naps if I need too lol. I hope you all have a good weekend and a great Saturday! Photo Credit: lovethispic.com

I remember when weekends were the highlight of my week even when I had to go to a laundromat to do laundry. Now I am retired and everyday is a weekend for me.

@rebelann yeah i can't wait until I retire but I have 30 plus years for that yet lol.
