All is About Online

Since this pandemic, everything online and smartphones have grown very, very rapidly. I used to go to school, spend some of my time interacting directly with friends, now the situation is no longer possible and we don't know how long.
None other than, every morning what I look for is a cellphone. The longer I feel dependent or addicted to it, it can be seen from me wasting hours per day for activities on my cellphone while chilling.
However, over time I also feel bored, a little stressed, and lazy (tend to) become more closed and avoid conversations with other people. Actually what has happened has confused me with these changes, does anyone feel the same? My parents said, I was the one who reacted too much, I don't know...

Don't focus on your negative emotions, focus on the blessing you have every day.

I tend to contemplating towards the situation even before the pandemic and this happened in no time. However, this has both merits and demerits which solely depends on the individuals.

i noticed that too and i noticed some posts about it and "solutions" to it, at least sort of.
for example: no phone the first hour after you wake up. you'll be surprised what you can do if you're not using your phone. i try not to use it and honestly i'm using it mostly to play one game - i'm not talking to people much, or following anything (except some funny things on snapchat, but not even that anymore). i believe you can stop over-using it if you think that's the case
