Fear is the most shuttle and destractive of all human desease. Fear kills dream, hope, put people in the hospital. Fear can hold you back from doing something that you know within yourself that you're capable of doing but it will paralize you.
So what would you do to get over your fears?

There's not much you can do about it, just deal it with an open-mind as long as you are safe. Safety first.

Figure out what needs to be done, then do it. My fear goes away when I focus on doing something.
Also, doing gym helps a lot. I feel very much alive when my body tries to recover.
Put on your ear-set, hear what you want.
Or just play some white noises to isolate yourself from the world.
Nice and Zen.

Thanks for welcoming me ??
Awesome and bold! self-confidence is a prove that we are able to do anything without fear of something that will weight us down.

I meditate. That generally gives me a break from the fear and enough time to look at it from a different direction. Yes, I know what fear can do to you!!

To be honest, I still can't get over my fear in almost anything in my life. Instead of trying to get rid of the fear myself, I'm trying to understand it. It could be that the fear is warning me about the dangers of making that decision. So I don't think that fear is always bad. We can't avoid fear, we can only face it.
