My mom's dog is staying with us today. We also have a dog, and my mom was a bit nervous because the two dogs don't always get along, but it has been okay.
It didn't start well. My mother's dog arrived, and one minute later she stole one of the toys that belongs to our dog. Our dog didn't like that and he started chasing her around in order to get his toy back. My mom's dog didn't want to let go of the toy, and they started fighting. I don't reallly blame my dog. It is kind of rude to steal your host's favorite toy as soon as you enter their home
We decided to remove all dog bones and toys from the living room so that they don't fight over them, and that helped. They have been playing a lot, and I thought that they would both be tired by now, but I was wrong. They still have plenty of energy.

Oh That was hard. Good thing you put away the toys to keep them in a calm mood

It helped a lot to remove the toys. They both want the same toys so it is best of remove all of them.

That is the best way. They are just like little kids when it comes to toys
