My siesta time is special. It is something I can't skip. It keeps me alert and refreshes me for my evening duties. I teach two groups of children from 6 o'clock to 8. Without a nap of half an hour I feel drowsy at that time. But, I must admit some intrusion for anything pops up. Yesterday, our teens needed to pump their new basketball. They were excited and they wanted the pump immediately. I got up to give it. It needed a little repair too. My Siesta was disturbed but I had got the most important part of the nap. Do you have a nap habit? Some people think it's a waste of time!

I think you are very wise to have your nap whenever you can. I'm sure it really helps you get through those two evening classes.

@franxav The children might sn*gger at you if you yawned too much. (MyLot doesn't like the word 'sn*gger)

Yes, the afternoon nap saves me from yawning during the classes.

It's good both ways, may be. Some people do more work by skipping the nap
