Goat stew

Despite being a vegetable lover am also in love with meats
. I do take meat from goat,cattle, chicken e.t.c. I had this goat stew which I boiled first ,then fried it with onions, tomatoes,coriander and other ingredients . I love it since it cooks fast and is delicious to .It was so tasty!! Which meat do you enjoy most.

@Laurakemunto I've never had goat before or been in a position to try it. I do love steak the most out of all meats. Which I now have a craving for.

In Kolkata in India we call goat meat as mutton. Here people eat mutton and chicken. In mutton stew in Kolkata a lot of people give papaya also

Oooh it's eaten too but I don't like it that much though it's a delicacy

Yes it is . A very delicious meal that can be eaten with a variety of dishes such as potatoes,chapati, rice
