Sprouts are so healthy..

You can use many seeds to make sprouts in many salads and other foods.. let hem soak in water - then pour out the water out and and let stay in a glass jar with a lock - but do not shut it completely.. the seeds need to grow - I have them in a fridge - let them grow for some days and use them as salad.. I prefer to eat them raw..
Can be used with other salad - just test what seeds u prefer to eat, Sunflower seeds are easy to sprout and pumpkin seeds too.. Welcome to tell us of your experiences ...

Seems like you’re enjoying your sprouts. The only sprout that i enjoy eating are from mung bean sprouts. But i haven’t tried any other sprouts than that.

Sunflower sprouts are very easy, and pumpkin seed sprout may have minerals, that prevent influenza
