How do you say goodbye?

Few days left and I will leave this working environment. For a recap I asked my manager and supervisor not to tell the team yet so the environment will be just like normal on my last days at the lab. Normally, when there's someone from the team who will be resigning, everyone will participate for send off party planning. But in my case, I don't want any send off party.
I want it to be different, I don't want send off party but instead it will be me who will plan what to do before I leave them. I'm thinking of making farewell video or a goodbye email.
If you're in my current situation, how will you say goodbye to your workmates for more than 4 years?

I had to leave my last school two years back due to distance and my health did not allow that long driving in the traffic. I was given a nice send-off party by my colleagues there and it was so memorable. They still call me sometimes for conducting workshops for teachers and parents or some counseling sessions.
A farewell video sounds good to me.

@Milottt Actually, if you are leaving it for good, it would be sad. But then that is part and parcel of life. I had taken a break and was not totally cut off from them. I still go there from time to time. I joined a school close to my place for part-time work.

@arunima25 i think I would still be around for a year or so. Me and my fiancé are planning to migrate after our wedding next year.
Great choice for choosing a school near your part-time work place. That would be convenient for you

I don't know. I do not work. Though I know how you feel yo leave a place you're for 4 years. If only there was no pandemic, you might have been face to face with them. But I guess now the video option is best. Email will be too short for 4 year colleague ship.
