When was the lowest point of your life and how did you cope up with it?

Life isn't always in our favor, everybody's life on social media seems perfect and tension free but in reality nobody is living a perfect life. Big or small problems are always there in one's life and accepting it and dealing with it is called life itself!
No matter what problem comes, one should always firm enough to deal with it..if we think carefully then we can say that life is really a race where we should always be competitive with ourselves each moment and win from our older self.
May you all be courageous enough to deal with whatever problems you are facing in life....

Every battle makes you stronger if you fight it with positivity and right spirit.

So true but some people lost the spirit in midway and end up their life as they think this is the only solution

@ThatDisha Those people who end up their life are desperate and no one can help them. If they lose someone they love how can someone help them?

I lost my father and brother within a couple of months of each other when I was 20. That fractured my family and I felt lost for a long time. But I eventually moved on--therapy helped.

@ThatDisha I am as fine as I will ever be I think--sorrow really does cut like a knife--but over time, the wounds scab over--

@sjvg1976 Every parent want their kids to be in a good position and these days good position requires competition... sometimes they are so much pressurized due to this competitive environment that they could not stand it anymore and hence these things happen..i have lived in a hostel and have seen such things so much..i pity for those who face such things

What is the best way to handle, our low points, in our life?
Each low point reaches a point within itself where its lowness is felt the most, and when this is felt, we can realise that life can only go upwards, and that lowest points do not exist forever, as all changes its positional stance in our lives over time.
Low points will usually change of themselves, and so sitting in a low point will not harm you as such, as time will stretch it out under you, and move you off this point in time too.
The point of a low point is its point.
It will stab you into action soon enough when the point jabs you the hardest with its point.
Even a low point has a point to show us, in its point, of its point.
I waited out my lowest point too, while feeling rather numb from it all, and some type of a resoval was obtained.
The lowest point was moved away from, but the point in that low point, still jabs me at times, even years afterwards, as it did change my life, for the worse, perhaps forever, but that worst point, has thankfully lifted, and I am not in that worst point anymore now.

My active years are behind me as I am retired.
The low point was when the one who I had trusted was not trustworthy.
However, I was happier after the initial unhappiness.
I learned a lot from setbacks and they are there to test our resolve.
Otherwise, life will be too boring.

asking help financially due to emergency situation because no emergency fund, seeing my classmate career successfully and I am not. these 2 things makes myself feel low before. how did I cope it? Acceptance to reality and work for a better life, don't compare your situation or status in life to others, and I've learned to save more .

My lowest point was in class 9. I got only 68% in the finals. While in class 8, I got 85. It was a huge blow. Not only family pressure, but my rank also dropped from 6th in class to direct 13th. That's why I had to study so much in class 10.

Don't worry that phase just passed away..9th grade doesn't go smooth for most of us..i got 98% in 8th and 94% in 9th but have seen so many of friends getting as low as 35-40% who were very good in studies earlier..what matter is our marks in degree colleges that's it

Life is interesting. It's like we connect the puzzle. Piece by piece we try to connect it. We may not see a perfect picture yet, but our life is like a journey to have that beautiful picture that hides behind the puzzle. Depression, loss, joy, anxiety is just our part to get there. Never give up until we finish that puzzle. Everything has a season. Take courage

Everyone as you say has those highs and lows, me included. But as they say what can't be cured has to be endured and that is how it is with me.

I try not to think back to those dark times, because I've learned to take each day as it comes. I treat each new day like it's a clean slate.
