At first I thought this was a satire Tweet

But then I realized it was truth. A bunch of students and their teachers are stranded in Afghanistan after traveling there for a field trip of study. When I saw this Tweet, I was literally at a loss for words and actually responded that I was at a loss for words and why would anyone travel with students in a potential War Zone?

The same reason why clothes irons have a mandatory warning to remove clothing before ironing.
Idjits. Pure stupidity.

@LeaPea2417 Yep, as others suggested. Darwin Awards material.

I agree. It is very hard to understand the foolishness.

That does not make sense at all, and why would their parents let them go? Bad judgment all the way around.

How horrible. I would be terrified if one of my kids were in that group. As it is, I feel so bad for the parents. They must be going through hell right about now.

I agree. I cannot believe any parent would allow it.

I agree, when there are so many other countries that exist who are not at war and have many things to see and do.

I agree. Why would anyone choose Afghanistan for a travel destination?

There is no way I would let my child go to that part of the world for any reason.
