Take maximum 5gram sodium chloride in a day
Reduce intake of trans fats found in hydrogenated oils or vegetable oil. Trans fat lowers good LDL cholesterol and raises bad LDL. high amount of trans fat in outside foods.
Use only olive, peanut and mustard oil in your food.
Dry fruits are also good for heart.
Stay away from refined carbohydrate like bread, pasta and white sugar.
Do exercise 30 minutes everyday.
