Without a doubt Japan's most recognizable landmarks is Mount fuji . It's one of the 3 holy mountains.
Many millions of tourist visit this place during summers
I am thinking of going to this place during my winter breaks
( December) for celebrating Christmas and New year , during this time it has the best views.

@Yoshiro like what I said, it really depeneds on yoru preference. If you like beaches, there is Boracay or Puerto Galera. If you like mountain climbing or trekking, there is Mount Apo, Taal Volcano, or even in Pinatubo.

lucky you, you can plan that. i wish i can visit Japan someday.
and for Bosnia and Herzegovina - i don't know, there are different things tourists come to visit - Sarajevo (Bašcaršija, museums, Trebevic mountain), Mostar (Old bridge), Jajce (waterfalls, lake, catacombs, fortress)...

My husband has been to Mount Fuji twice and he found it so beautiful!
We have a lot of tourist spots. And the most beautiful ones are still the least explored ones. The list is long but the Taj Mahal tops the list. And when it comes to natural beauty, nothing beats Leh and Ladakh and the scenic states of North east India.

Mt. Fuji is so iconic and beautiful. 
The most famous place here is the island of Bali with so many beaches and tourist attractions, such as Kuta, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, etc. Bali is so famous even make a perception between tourists that Bali is a country even though it is part of Indonesia.
