Do you like Stir Fried Papaya (Carica)?

Germany
August 27, 2021 2:21am CST
Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters I woke up in a light sunny and cool air. I`m not sure if it will be completely sunny today. It looks like it is going to be cloudy later but I had a great morning walk and a dancing exercise with my mom Today, I will prepare a simple dish from Green Papaya (Carica) fruit. This is a healthy fruit that can help your digestion gets better. I just stir fried it together with garlic, onion, carrots and little chicken meat. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Then, there you have it. You can eat it with steamed rice with some fish sauce How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like Stir Fried Papaya? What are you having for today? I hope you can share it with me here Have a great day and Happy mylotting Photo: google

That's how simple and palatable to taste I'd like my vegetable dish to be. I love papaya, or sometimes, sayote (chayote) for a stir fry. Really good.

Most of the time I would eat it raw or make as salad. A soup is good too but it took a long time to cook. Never try stir frying though.

We only add raw papayas in mutton gravy to quicken the cooking time and make the meat soft.

Here in Indonesia, exactly at Dieng Plateau, there is also a food called carica made by mountain papaya, but the flesh of the papaya is yellow. It is also healthy for the digestion system and taste really delicious.
