How's your walking?

I got an excellent walk yesterday. Here's  the summary of my walking exercise as recorded by my Samsung health app in my phone: - 14,809 steps - 514.41 calories burned How's your walking routine?

It was a good week with my walking and jogging exercise. I brisk walked/ jogged for 40 minutes every day covering around 5_6 km every day.I have taken a break on weekend and would resume it from if there is no rain in the morning.

Looking good as always with your walking stats. I guess I'm doing good with my workout. Saw my parents the first time yesterday after almost a month and both said that I lose a lot of weight.

Yeah I make a point to walk at least 5kms a day. I also use an app to help me.

I am not considering my walking routine as exercise and tracking them, but i do spend at least 20 minutes of walking everyday with most of them because i walk to work everyday.

Well, it's a routine and it's my form of everyday exercise. I know everyone walks and it's natural. But as a retired employee and a senior it's my routine exercise as I said earlier.
