Do you like Boiled Beef with veggies?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a cloudy and cool air. I had a great morning walk even if it is cold outside. I also had a nice dancing exercise. 
Since, the weather is cold. I plan to prepare some dish with a soup and that is Boiled Beef with veggies. This is a very easy dish to make. You just have to boil your beef with onions, little salt and pepper until it is soft. It is easy if you have some slow cooker. Then after, you can put the potatoes, carrots and Bok choy (Chinese Cabbage). Others, they add some saba banana a kind of banana but we don`t have that kind of banana here in Germany. So, I did not put.

it does look nice, but i don't like it. it's only veggies for me

@m_audrey6788 it's a simple and healthy "summer" dish here. you can combine them with mashed potatoes and chicken, or eat just them. or cook them with potato - it's good.

I really love it sometimes I just boil the beef add some salt,pepper,onions,coriander, capsicum,carrots and am good to go! Enjoy it!

I do not like beef. It is too fatty. It is red meat. And anyway, the quality of beef here in India is one of the lowest.
But I have heard people get very good quality beef in Germany and other European countries.
