Thinking of switching...

I was trying to put something up for sale in my Shopify shop, and then I was trying to do something with the "collections" section, and then I clicked something and I read something that said my shop wasn't showing (active) because I wasn't meeting all of the guidelines. I clicked the "guidelines" link, and read through them, and couldn't figure out for the life of me what I was doing wrong. I sent them a note asking what the wrong thing I was doing actually was, and after I sent it I tried to do something else, and got to thinking how confusing the whole shop-setup was and everything. After that, I wondered if I should quit Shopify and just open another store over on Facebook. It's silly that I'm paying for something that I can't even figure out. After they answer my question, if it seems reasonable what they say or I can actually figure out how to change it, I may try Shopify a little longer. If not, I am just going to say "the heck with it", close that shop and open another one on Facebook. At least there one doesn't have to pay until they actually sell something, and they don't charge as much as Shopify does !
