Do you drink coffe in the morning? Or perhaps i prefer to drink in the afternoon. I'd rather drink coffee in the afternoons and watched drama. Is it true that drinking a coffee make someone can't sleep at night?. Because i'm always going through it. So, are you guys having the same experience as me?

I can drink coffee day and night and right up to the time I lay down to sleep. I never have trouble sleeping. I think most people have trouble sleeping if they drink it at night. Not me though.

I like to drink coffee during the day, when I work when I'm sleepy, but it doesn't make it difficult to sleep at night, even when I drink coffee I like to be sleepy

If I drink coffee in the evening I have no problem falling asleep. But I've noticed that sometimes after I drink coffee in the morning I start to yawn. Maybe it has nothing to do with coffee but is because of what I ate.

@elviraadw That explains it. Usually I eat food and then have coffee afterwards.

Not entirely true. It depends on the person. My husband drinks coffee at 11pm and still snoring in bed. LOL

@elviraadw Oh! I'm glad that your father does the same. They are the kind of people that are not affected by caffeine.

I drink a lot of coffee but it seems to vary, if I have a light brew which seems to be a normal cup for many people- I can often sleep in spite of it, but too close to bed time and it will keep me up. I enjoy a good strong espresso black coffee of the Starbucks or Cafe Bustella variety. My treat coffee is a nice iced coffee or hot latte which I add vanilla almond milk to. Oh my, I may not sleep tonight I can just smell the coffee brewing now :)

It's more like coffee force you to keep awake whether it's at night or not. It's caused by caffeine and there's scientific explanation on how caffeine works. I'll leave the youtube link here Personally. I don't think caffeine or coffee has that much affect on my sleep activity or maybe because i don't drink coffee that much.
Caffeine wakes you up, and alcohol makes you nod off, right? It's not that simple. Sleep scientist Matt Walker takes us into the eye-opening ways that these ...
