Did you know that, according to surveys conducted by researchers at the University of London, nudists have higher levels of self-esteem and life satisfaction than non-nudists? And that those higher levels of self-esteem and life satisfaction get even higher the more often they involve themselves in nudist activities? Those benefits seem to be worth a little initial embarrassment...if you are the type who would be embarrassed to be nude around strangers. But I wonder just how much the actual nudity has to do with it. I'd like to see a study that surveys people who simply aren't bothered or offended by nudity, whether they actually engage in nudism or not. I suspect they are generally more happy and satisfied than those who think nudity is the end of the world. In any case, I think more Clothing Optional options for everyone would be a great thing. ************ SOCIETY Don’t Be a Prude: The Benefits of Public Nudity Showing skin shouldn’t be a privilege afforded only to the good looking BY NICOLE SCHMIDT

Hm, There's an idea I can get behind, though I must say - some people are probably expecting only those looking like models. In reality it would be people with all different bodies , but I can see it though... seen one you seen em all, but then everyone is unique in their own way....

@xander6464 That makes me think of "trivia" time - there are phone bank operators - (teams call in and the phone bank tells the callers if they are right, wrong or incomplete) and phone bank chooses nicnames for themselves. There are names like - Not Wearing Pants, Lacey Underwear, Tell Me Your Fantasy,

I believe that some men in power that were "less endowed" were envious of those other men and decided to try to make themselves "more equal" by having everybody clothed. We are all equal but are different at the same time.

Oh, I don't do it. I would if anyone wanted to see me Textile-Free but no one does. But I do applaud those who do take off their clothes...when the climate makes it practical. Providing a nice view isn't worth risking pneumonia for.
