Boiling water

We boil water and store it in a stainless vessel. Our well water is clean as pipe water always has chemicals. These days you get water filters and aqua guard here in India is quite in demand.
I somehow prefer boiling it ourselves as these water filters use certain chemicals to purify the water and I am told the water does not taste that good.
We also get water in bottles and here again there is no guarantee that it is pure.
What is your water story?

@Noor0000001 But once you buy a filter it should stay with you for a while. Do you keep changing your filters often?

Ahh yeah the water in the bottles are a bit questionable I agree with you. We are fortunate to live in a place where the water is good. and taste clean.

That water that you get through the pipes goes through chemicals possibly chlorine Yes bottled water is mostly for those on the move but I have seen fridges loaded with them as well probably they do not trust pipe water.

@allknowing That's what makes me laugh - anyone can bottle water and sell it. I could bottle the tap water and make my fortune that way!

Good idea to boil water there if not sure. I only boil water when I heat something up on the stove. Our water is fine so do not have to boil it.
