Met a Friend for Lunch Today

After my haircut earlier, a friend called and we met for lunch. There is a new eatery in town that has a great chef salad. Or that is what I heard.
So I went and ordered it. Oh my goodness was it good. Very fresh and I enjoyed every bite.
Also enjoyed the visit with my friend. She is a realtor and works a lot. I rarely get to see her lately. The housing market is booming right now.
Was nice to visit with her and enjoy lunch. A beautiful day. Enjoyed the little things today.

So I have been told. Then again the value on our house seems to have skyrocketed since we bought it. So, there's that. Glad to hear you had a good trip out with a friend.

I got a surprise call Tuesday night from a college buddy I haven’t talked to in about 10 years. Was great to hear from him.

@moffittjc It certainly is. Houses are not on the market 2-3 days and they are gone. Sometimes above the asking price.

Your chef salad looks so delicious! The real estate housing market is booming here, also. Homes are listed for about two weeks, then they've sold.

Not a huge chef salad fan, but that does look pretty good. I would eat it! I bought a prepared SW salad yesterday, I will probably eat it tomorrow.

Prices for homes are really out of site here--I am afraid we are going to have another bust--plus we have 80,000 (!!!) new apartments/condos starting at $2,000 a month for a studio!!

I love salads. Our little housekeeper hasn't been over in 3 weeks because she's been so busy with her real estate job. I'm glad you got to see your friend.
