Is there any Food that you have stopped consuming or started to consume less for one reason or the other?

There was a time when I was loving it and was having it even twice or thrice a week but these days I am not liking it and even stopped mom to prepare fried potatoes, could be I have enough of it or my taste buds have changed, maybe for better I still like potatoes but giving these a much-needed break or will have them very rarely and will try other veggies or dishes which are light on the stomach and of course have Sundays to compensate for that and have heavy food. Is there any Food that you have stopped consuming or started to consume less for one reason or the other?

We stopped eating red meat, we have read meat less than once a month. The main reason is that it has become ridiculously expensive, but more than that, it is not healthy.

I start eating less spicy foods because of stomach problems. I love spicy foods but nowadays I cant eat it too much or if the foods has too many chilies. Back then when I was young, I ate spicy foods a lot without problem. I also try to cut down sugar and use stevia instead. I dont completely avoid sugar, I just want to limit my daily consumption. When Im not at home I still drink sugary drinks but when Im home I use stevia.

The eggplant was a favorite whether it be grilled mixed with onions/tomatoes as in ensalada, or fried and dipped in soy/lemon. I also love it steamed with okra (lady fingers) and eaten with red salted eggs or shrimp paste. Don't know when we stopped buying eggplant because it has no real nutritional value.

I stop eating so many salty foods to prevent hypertension and reducing salt when I cook something. And also I reduce to drink bubble tea and Thai tea because it is too sweet and contain so many sugars.
