Do you feel scared when you hear a sound like a bomb ?

This happened in a mall about 700 meters from where I live. Suddenly there was a sound like a bomb exploded and people were out of the house wanting to know what was going on. Police are also at the scene and investigating the case, this incident was around September 1, 2021 at 16:30. Fortunately there were no victims in this incident, after investigation it turned out that the sound came from a short-circuited generator.

Im glad that none is injured from the incident, that is quite scary.I remember similar thing happened near my sister's house, it injured one construction worker. Loud noise scared me, I even freak out from loud thunder.

Something exploding can produce a sound like a bomb. I am glad it was nothing.

Yeah I startled with the sound. It is quite quiet here so if there will be a loud sound, it will surely startled me.

Yes I do get scared of hearing pop sounds since it could be gunfire or a bomb sound.

It happens all the time near my house...people here even gave a complaint to shift the transformer from here ..but still no use..
