Keeping healthy and dehydrated

Am trying to start a 7 glasses a day norm.. But its pretty hard its either I forget to drink water or when I remember am too lazy to drink it or not in the mood... I even bought a waterbottle for that purpose sadly can't even finish a half of it.. Still trying won't give up coz its for the better good

I always remember to drink a lot of water but too lazy to stand up from my position Lol. But let's try it again, it's for good
