Pizza dough rise #2 in progress

I just split up the dough. Half of it went into a small ziploc bag and into the freezer. The other half got oiled up and spread out into my 10 inch cast iron skillet. It will rise for another 2 hours and then it will be ready to load up and bake. I put too much extra virgin olive oil in the pan. I was trying to just use up the last of it so I could recycle the bottle. I will leave it for now to see if the dough will absorb any but I will have to dump some out before I bake it. Oh well.

I have my version of pizza dough and hubby has his version. Both are too tasty.
