I guess my evening is coming to a close, I think I am going to just lay down and listen to some music till I fall to sleep. I’m think it seems like a good night for some Pink Floyd. Nice mellow music to get me to sleep sounds really good right now.
Do any of you listen to music to fall asleep to? I used to do it all the time when I was younger but now just do it now and then. I guess it was easier when I had a radio in my bedroom, I could just turn on the radio and listen to it.
I hope you all have a great night/day.

@Bensen32 yeah everyone has their own way of falling asleep. My boyfriend has to have it dark and quiet to fall asleep.

When I was in college, I used to spend my summers working on a golf course. It was brutal working out in that Florida heat and humidity, and when I'd get off work at 3:30pm, I'd be wiped out. I'd go home, shower, and then lay down for a long nap. In almost every instance, I would put on music to help me fall asleep quicker. And it was almost always Pink Floyd. And of course, after napping for several hours, I would then get up and go out partying all night with my friends.

no I don't. My mother though like to watch and listen to Forensic Files. She says the man narrates the show put her to sleep.
