Veggie soup for lunch

I got this veggie soup consist of carrot, oyster mushroom, celery and eggs. It cant have clear color due to eggs. But adding egg inside bring this to next level.
Off course i also use mushroom stocks for all my food, and no MSG. Lets live and eat healthy!!

I think the Ajinomoto vetsin/MSG that was popular in the past is now replaced by powdered seasonings, flavored cubes, instant sauces, etc. nowadays.

I agree, adding an egg helps makes a dish yummier. When I was young, Ajinomoto (MSG) was popular, but we stopped using it a long time ago.
