One of the best here in Thailand is its natural exoticness. An Insect in the Backyard restaurant serves dishes with insects. The food tastes good. Let's start with the appetizer... Nachos with cricket cherry tomatoes salsa and, sour cream. Appetizing enough?

That is a long name for the restaurant. But you already can guess the menu from the name.

@Mavic123456 not really popular here as we can't eat certain type of insects due to religion reason. But recently I read a news about two girls starting business selling fried crickets. They become viral for a while.

I've eaten chocolate covered ants and cricket flour... I thought I was being quite adventurous... I'll pass on more insects, thank you.

@DaddyEvil haha. I miss an area in Bangkok (Khao San) this is a backpacker hub .. and you will see a lot of insects sold there. Never tried those myself, too, expensive. They cooked those here very crunchy.

@Mavic123456 I've seen various insects and tarantulas cooked and eaten here but don't want to eat them myself. I'm afraid there might not be enough for everyone to enjoy if I eat any of them.... and don't want to see people laughing when I throw them up, either.
