Jolina now an extreme hurricane; storm status not precluded

Jolina is seen to marginally heighten until Thursday morning, September 9. PAGASA is presently saying that it isn't precluding the chance of Jolina turning into a tropical storm.
So it's rainy these days.....
So called, anyways it's bermonth expected!
