German electric Car

As I really miss travelling, i look back to some old photos. Then found this picture that I took when i was in stuttgard, German before pandemi. See from sign on parking lot, this is electric car for 1 person. However until now, i have no idea what brands or why it did not have any plate no in front.
In here, we only have Tesla and hyundai for electric car that can accomodate 4-6 passenger. But not as small as this Gsrman electruc car. Anyone from Europe or German, can advice me more about this car?

@prashu228 I think we - in Asia- stick to Bajaj- as small car. Unfortunately those 2 is not environment friendly and so loud

I agree , that's not ideal for big family.
But, if given the chance and I have extra money I really wish to own one of that car
