Make Up Your Mind Neighbor

I stepped outside for a moment to a very grumpy neighbor, yelling at me about a mess in the yard, a mess that she didn't even get a chance to explain had nothing to do with me, I get what I need to clean up said mess, and then she asks why I'm cleaning it up, umm weren't you just yelling at me about that mess. I normally don't have a problem with this neighbor but I swear today she acts like she's on something.
