My sister in Canada just sent me this photo. She has apple ripes on the tree at her backyard. She made delicious apple pie and now she can easily pick up from her own backyard.
She also plant many vegetables : green veggies, corn, mint, basil, rosemary.. so many. She's waiting for me to visit her. Has not meet her for years now.
Anyone has apple tree on own backyards?

oh so happy to hear that.
Unfortunately I don't have an apple tree either in front or behind the house.
But honestly, I want to have it even if it's just one

@prashu228, it also doesn't grow in my place. The apples in Philippines are imported from China

Apple tree in my backyard? I wish! I don't even have a backyard. I live in apartments. But my son must know somebody with an apple tree because he came home with a bag of apples. I know he didn't get them from the grocery store.

There's no apple tree in my place. It won't grow in a tropical country. It is so hot here. There are in some parts in Philippines Iike Baguio city, Benguet, Malaybalay city. These are located in the mountains so climate colder.
