Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. India is a country wherein one can find a wide variety of food items to indulge in and it varies across states and cities.
Indian people love having different types of food especially the street food snacks. The snacks have a wide range which includes Pani Puri, Sev puri, Bhel Puri, Ragda Patti's, Aloo Tikki chaat, Dhosa, Pavbhaji etc.
The most favourite item loved by Indian people is Pani Puri. It's called by different names in different states. In Delhi it's called Puchkas, in Mumbai it's called Pani Puri, in UP it's called Pani ke batashe.
Let me tell you what is it exactly for people who have no idea about it. Puri is a circular item made from All Purpose Flour. The Paani is made of different spices and it tastes sour. The other stuffing to be kept in puri is of boiled chana and potatoes.
One makes a hole in center of Puri and then adds the chana and potato stuffing along with some chaat masala and then it's dipped in the water and eaten then.
Generally a lot of girls like eating Pani puri a lot. However, I don't enjoy it much.
I prefer to eat Bhelpuri which includes puffed rice, along with some boiled potatoes, tomatoes, onion, peanuts. Different chutneys like sweet tamarind and green chutney is added and mixed properly in the vessel. It tastes yummy. Many people add peanuts and some pomogrenates too for garnishing.
I just wanted to share it with you guys. Have a good day!! Take care!!

I like to try Indian cuisine. I have seen several videos about the street food there.
How are you? I was not here for almost a month because of Covid symptoms, I needed to isolate.

Wow, I love to taste your food. When I toured in New Zealand, I always dined in Indian Restaurant. I love their foods. The tastes are not just ordinary. If it's not only pandemic I'm so sure to dine in Indian resto in Cagayan de Oro City. It's closed this pandemic

@Rashnag I have been to an Indian restaurant once and vowed I would never return. But heck, you never know...there's always a chance to give it another go. And it was a buffet. The ONLY thing I liked was the tandoori chicken. All the rest was not good for me at all.
