The lawyer just spoke to the prosecutor and he is really pushing for the DUI. Sooooo the case is being adjourned (postponed) pending the ruling of the NJ Supreme Court on the admissibility of reports by "drug recognition experts". I don't know when their ruling is going to be issued but I'd like to get this show on the road. As for the police department's "drug recognition expert"--he really sucks as an "expert". I wasn't on anything.
