Mac & Cheese Bacon Casserole Dinner

A friend shared a great recipe with me awhile back. Just got around to trying it out. Macaroni and cheese bacon casserole. Sounds good to me. Not my photo. Mine is in the oven and will be done soon. Smells really good. I used cheddar cheese, milk, bacon, pasta shells, and other ingredients. Other cheeses would be good as well. I just used what I had on hand. Easy to throw together. Should be good.

Ummmmmmm, not to make you feel guilty or nuttin but cuz of this post I just ordered a pizza, yeah, I know you weren't talkin bout pizza but for some reason it made me think I should have one ..... I haven't had pizza in years.

I love macaroni cheese and sometimes I used to add 'extras' like chopped bacon or mushrooms. Another dish I haven't made in years because my 'pain-in-the-a**e' children turn their noses up at cooked cheese!

I have tried American Mac-n-Cheese, but the UK version left me wondering why people rave about it. I am guessing it is in the making and I think bacon will help!
