I had a big problem last week that really makes me sad and I lost my peace of mind. I have tummy problems. I review all the foods that I ate and I suspect some foods cause my trouble. I decided no more softdrinks or colas, no more bananas, no more powdered milk, avoid starchy or sticky rice. I'm sad to stop taking those foods but since my tummy is not normal I should do it. Today I see a very good results after I stop eating them. It's effective. I usually eat all kinds of food. First time to avoid some foods for my health. What foods are bad for you?

what is your diagnosis for your tummy problem? I do not drink sodas because I have hyperacidity. I choose coffee over soda but I limit my coffee too. and salty food

There are some foods that make me sick, usually all vegetables too high in fiber (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflowers and so on).

I have trouble eating bananas and white bread. Luckily, I prefer brown bread anyway! On the other hand, I really love bananas. There are foods I've cut down or found alternatives, but there are one or two that I'll have occasionally and accept the consequences.

I found out that I cannot drink lots of water since I am back from the hospital psychiatric ward. When I feel pressured I always drink water, and I feel very drowsy and restless from the clozapine medicine, zoloft, and artane.

Why is sticky rice bad for you? You may eat less like half cup, but colas are bad for health. There are foods I don't eat like pork. I stop eating pork at 17.I don't like it's smell and it's dirty animal. I also stop eating crabs and shrimps. Shrimps contain Mercury and high metal that if they accumulate onto your nerves mostly in knees, they won't anymore depart from the knees that would sooner or later knees sick of arthritis. Crabs are carrier of Hipatitis B. I learned these from research and experiments.
