It’s my dinner last night and surely my craving was satisfied. It’s what we call ‘isaw’ or barbecued chicken intestines. I know, I know. Gross. But sometimes the cravings kick in and you just have to give in. In my country, people eat all parts of a chicken- except for the feathers maybe. I don’t eat the head (ewww) but some do. I like chicken feet too, collagen and all. Why are you squirming like that DE? Loll Anyway, TGIF peoples. Eat something out of the ordinary. Go go go.

I'm squirming because that sounds gross!
HEY! Are you spying on me again?
We just had "white pizza" for our dinner. It's made with white sauce and spinach. YUM!

@sol_cee Yes, she's already told me that what I call "pizza" isn't really pizza.

I tried it several times, back when I was in the Philippines. I didn't find it gross, it was good. I don't eat chicken feet and head. By the way last year, I saw a video where a man created or invented a dish in which the main ingredients are chicken feathers.

I thought the thumbnail on the main page looked like stacked bacon...
It's funny how knowing exactly what something is can influence our opinions on whether it's appetizing or not, isn't it? I think I'd give isaw a shot, but I'd probably have to try not to think about what type of meat it is.

@sol_cee I like frog legs and bacon is delicious. (I usually don't eat pork bacon, though. I do like turkey bacon best.)
I did, too, Yuki... I thought it was going to be something delicious... until I read the discussion starter.

I have had pigs feet, chicken feet, and pig intestines(Chitlins), pork liver, chicken liver, chicken gizzards, and chicken heart. These are a few of the internal parts that I love to eat. I've never eaten chicken intestines or brain.

@sunrisefan my father was a sabungero and we were not allowed to eat the head and the palong (I don’t know how to call that in English) of the chicken or rooster because they are sacred. Whatever that means

That's good for you. I tend to be a bit more picky with what I eat, or where I'll try something new.
