Language Proverbs indicate the nation Budi language or temperament and word speech indicate a person's nature and habits (either bad behavior indicates a low height of origin or ancestry) That doesn't mean criticizing each other. The sentence is just an allusion, or proverb that has a deep meaning. Because, if shown to any nation it is very unnatural, because each nation has its own advantages and virtues. Come on, fix our temperament in front of everyone, let others judge, let us not judge for ourselves. Because self-judgment sometimes leads to arrogance.

Our national hero Jose Rizal said 'He who does not love the native tongue is worse than a beast or a slimy, foul smelling fish.'
