My Poor Boyfriend

My boyfriend is having bouts of cough and cold these days and I feel so bad not being there to take care of him. He's struggling and I could hear and see it over video. I really want to be there for him in times like these but instead I'm taking care of other people. I'm really thinking of moving back to the mainland again.

Can you not find job in the mainland so you can be near him? Colds and coughs these days should not be taken for granted.

@florelway yeah that would be in a year and 3 months. Quite a long time. But we've been trying really hard to visit each other regularly.

@flapiz maybe once your contract is nearing expiration you can find something in your boyfriend's place.

I'm working in an island called guernsey need to take a flight to be there plus hospital is really short of staff these days. I really just can't take off.
