I haven't eaten rice for more than a month, now

September 12, 2021 4:24pm CST
I understand eating bread is like eating rice. I know it's still Carbo. It is either I eat 2slices of bread or 2pcs of a cread roll or a piece of pan. Or sometimes I don't. But definitely I haven't eaten rice for a while. I'm thinking of quitting bread too especially if I'm trying to lose weight. Oh yes, I have not eaten red meat also for months. I've quit eating red meats to avoid gout. What do you think is the best way to lose I've tried almost everything but it seems so slow... Lol Waaaahh... Huhuhu... I need help. Any suggestions?

I do exercises but not everyday, sometimes 3x a week. How much calories do you take. I try 800 - 1000 calories a day. How much pounds have you lost?

Slow is good. You'll keep it off. It's good you're off rice and bread. What do you eat if you're not eating meat? Fish? I eat a lot of fish and it helps with weight loss.

@Softncuddly You're welcome. I forget about chicken as I'm allergic to it.

Well, this is a whole different ball game, because everyone's body is different. I think that working out and eating healthy is a huge lifestyle change. Do you like to lift weights? I hope that you find what you are looking for, and you have great success. Not only that, but I find that eating meat gives you some good protein, but you have to just do it in moderation. Good luck to you! :)

When I started teaching culinary and baking, I gained weight. I want to go back to my smallest weight, I reached 105lns

Do you still eat fish, but stopped eating chicken, pork and beef? Have you consulted your doctor about this?
