Are you a coffee lover? Some say coffee may help you feel more energized, burn fat and improve physical performance, it may also lower your risk of several conditions, such as type 2 diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. In fact, coffee may even boost longevity. I am a coffee lover but i do usually add milk

I love the taste of it and it makes me relax everytime a take a cup of it. I do usually drink coffee 2-3 times daily how about you?

I love coffee with milk, but not too often to drink it because of high blood pressure.

I love coffee in the morning. I love a coffee creamer and not milk. Can you still sleep well with 3 times coffee a day?

I drink coffee but I'm not a lover. I rarely drink coffee, maybe a week once/twice. Btw, my husband a coffee lover. He drink twice sometime more in a day
