try to tell her how important it is to have paper qualifications in corporate world, especially if she's an ambitious person. I just have a diploma and finding it tough to really get a good job. though im a branch manager now, i find that it's hard to look for another job with the same/higher pay, just because i dont have a degree. some multinational companies tend to look for paper qualifications. if she can afford it and can study, encourage her to continue..dont give up now.
