Spicy vegetables mushroom penne carbonara

Good afternoon my lot.
This is what i got for my lunch today. Spicy vegetables mushroom penne carbonara! So lomg for title..hahaha
I had Penne as main ingredients, with vegetables of green peas, carrot, green beans, and corn. Add champignon mushroom and with carbonara saus. I put oregano, onion, salt, papper, a pinch of sugar, mushroom stock powder and a good amount of dry chilli inside sauce. Mixed them all with heavy thick cream and put in a bowl.
I put slice cheese and topped with some of grated cheddar cheese....humm yummy.
What do you have for lunch?

@DaddyEvil I prefer snacks..around 3 pm or 4pm ..only
so when do you have your meals then if you keep having snacks...all day

You don't take a snack during day before or after lunch, Prashu? I don't mind having a snack any time I can get someone else to feed me...

No, it's simple. Beat 1 egg for 2 pieces of bread. I put a little cream like a tablespoon, sprinkles of coconut flakes because I like coconut a teaspoon of honey. Mix very well. Dip each bread separately in both sides making sure you've enough sauce for the other piece of bread. Fry up in melted butter & oil mixture till golden on each side. Eat with maple syrup, yum!

@oahuwriter what you put on french toast? Add garlic+butter or simply cheese will bring that to next level. Yummy
