Here's the outcome of my banana cake

How's your day/night folks? I'm fine and I hope that you do too.
It's around 1:30 in the morning here at my end and I was just recently done baking my banana cake. It's smelling good and hopefully it taste great. There was a slight changes of the recipe this time around compared to the mixture that I used the other day so I expect a difference about the taste also. I can't wait to have a slice but it must be for tomorrow's morning so I hold on for now.

And you're doing better than I would. I would have already cut a slice to eat as soon as it came out of the oven.

I love Banana Cake, if it is me? I can't hold for tomorrow hahahah! I woke up at 3AM and hoping to get back in my bed before lunch but I think that is not possible.

The only exact measurement I used for this is the flour. The rest are estimates and I just grab anything that could make it. Eggs, oil, milk, bananas, sugar, baking powder and then pour all in the bowl and whisk until the mixture is not too thick or thin.
