Day to day mean words and actions can lead to very serious crimes

Making fun of others, mocking, nagging, insulting, invading personal privacy, judging and condemning, forcing our interests on others etc . could eventually lead to serious crimes. I am reminded of few true incidents, all of which happened in India. First : A woman was constantly comparing her son with the neighborhood girl, from childhood itself. This lady would always say her son was useless, good for nothing. When he grew up, he raped and murdered that neighborhood girl. Second : A man was always making fun of his neighbour who was a bachelor. He would point out why he was not married and poke fun at him. One day, that guy just lost his temper and killed him. Third : A wife who was constantly nagging her husband with other men, poking fun at the low salary he earned. She was also a spendthrift and thus causes fonancial problems to the husband. One day the husband murdered his wife. We need to be very careful with our words and deeds. One never knows when a person could feel offended. We can never tell when people's day to day mean words and actions could eventually result in somebody becoming a criminal.
