Has Anyone Here Used Green Dot Debit Cards?

After having some problems with the local bank we'd been with for decades we switched to a Green Dot debit card about 15 years ago. For years I've loved it, never had a problem with it. We got our paychecks and now our retirement and Social Security checks directly deposited into our account and we could pay bills, shop online and withdraw cash from ATMs with no problem. There's no fee if you deposit over a certain amount except for $3 per month for a VIP membership which means if our cards are lost or stolen or compromised we get replacements for free within 3-5 business days.
Well, perhaps all good things must come to an end, right? After 15 great years with this company we've had unauthorized charges to our account at least 5 times - I've actually lost count - just in the past 4 months or so. Up until the last 2 compromises we've always gotten our money back and we've been assured we will again this time but right now I'm at my wits end. I can't get through to speak with anyone since my card has been cancelled while we wait for our new one so I don't have the new number and the same goes for logging in online. I can get onto the app to keep an eye on my balance and I have put all the money in the account into a "vault" so nobody can get to it but I need to know when to expect my new cards!
I've gone on the online chat several times as requested that someone call me and they have several times but this time I can't get a straight answer from them even when they do call.
OK, sorry for venting but I'm just kind of losing it here!

Thar is okay that you shared your frustrations on this site since I am just starting to work with these new debit cards that are shipped to me from doing surveys after Inbox Dollars decided not to send checks anymore last month,

I used to belong to Inbox Dollars but I haven't done anything on that site for years. I didn't care for how long it took for them to send out their checks. I was always wishing they'd pay via Paypal like they do here and on MyPoints and Swagbucks.

@anniepa They claim that I ended my account which I did not do. I am waiting for the results of my appeal next week.
