I love love, love chocolate. Mostly milk type since dark seems a bit bitter to me. I still remember my mom bringing home a KitKat bar one time when I was just a child. Not like the ones you get nowadays. It originally was made from a recipe made in Britain and was 10xs as good as the one you can buy today. My favorite type of chocolate is the truffle.
I went looking for info on chocolate and here is what I found:
* The most expensive type of chocolate is actually a dark one called Amedei Percelana made by the Amedei chocolatier in Tuscany, Italy. It has won several awards and 1.8 ounces in the United States goes for between $19-$22 or about $90 a pound.
* The first chocolate bar was made in 1847 by Joseph Fry. It was called Fry's Chocolate Cream and you can still buy it today.
* The biggest chocolate bar was made in Britain and it weighed in at 12,000 pounds. Twice as heavy as a rhino it was 13 by 13 feet.
* The oldest popular brands of chocolate and where they were made: The Cadbury company which was established in 1924 in Britain. Toblerone in 1908 and then Lindt in 1845 both are Swiss companies. Then Hershey's in Pennsylvania in 1894.

I’m not into sweets so i don’t really like milk chocolate. I love dark chocolate though.
