I've Become a Binge-Watching Fool!

I've been kind of out of commission for months now following my hip replacement surgery followed by a fracture next to the prothesis so I've had a lot of time to watch television. Thankfully we now live in a time when there are actually too many things to choose from so I'll never run out of series to binge!
I was going through in my head how many shows I've watched since I got released from rehab, where I was for two weeks for physical therapy. If I list them all here it would take too much time and space so I'll just try to write individual discussions about some of my favorites but right now I'm just curious...
What are everyone here's favorite shows to binge or to watch the old-fashioned way, one episode at a time? While we're at it, which method do you prefer? I've gotten hooked on binging because sometimes it's so hard to wait when an episode ends on a cliff-hanger as they so often do. What drives me crazy is when I'm all caught up and left hanging for sometimes a year or more until the next season comes out.
Any thoughts?

If I didn't wanna watch a show before but now I want to and there are many episodes available I like to binge watch.

@anniepa Yeah. Waiting for the next episode can be frustrating at times, especially when you can't wait to find out what happened next.

@lovebuglena Now when I get to the end of a season, where the REAL cliff-hangers tend to happen, I go crazy waiting for the next season which can be quite a long wait. I've been really looking forward to the fourth season of Yellowstone. That ended in one of the most epic cliff-hangers I've ever seen. Season 3 ended last July or August and season 4 isn't going to start until November.
