Breaded Pork Chops for Dinner

Picked up a few bone-in pork chops the other day. I usually buy boneless, but have not cooked these in awhile.
Decided to add a little olive oil and bread them for dinner.
Will have mashed potatoes, green beans and biscuits as well.
Should have leftovers for tomorrow. That always works out.

I used to love that food but I have quit eating pork a few years back. I love mashed potatoes though.

Those pork chops sure look delicious, My mom made the best bone-in pork chops and my dad and I ate up the meat and left her what was left attached to the bone, It always made her laugh because she was glad we enjoyed her cooking so much,

That looks so good. My mother made fried pork chops every week when I was a kid--always with pinto beans, mashed potatoes and corn bread. I miss her cooking so much and her of course.
