Well, Bells Palsy is caused by inflammation of a cranial nerve so possibly. At least it is temporary though. Hope he gets well soon though.

Vaccination has side effects,My tooth itself has a hole, but it doesn't hurt. It starts to hurt after the vaccine, which makes me have to treat my tooth.

Yes. Some little-known and rarely-talked about side effects of the COVID vaccine are nerlogical difficulties. This would include Bells Palsy.
