I have been doing so good with my 1,200 calories every day. However, I just let myself have a cheat day.
Bad girl. Bad girl.
After my cup of peanut butter fried rice, I thought I was satisfied. I was. Until I saw a variety bag of chips on the countertop that the roommates did not tell me that we got on inventory. I found 2 small bags of Fritos and said come to mama.
I have a recipe that I got out of a JoAnna M. Lund "Party Fare" cookbook. The recipe is called Acapulco Tuna Salad. You mix crushed Fritos, salsa, mayonnaise and tuna. Then, you place the mixture on a bed of lettuce. JoAnna lost over 100 pounds by tweaking her own recipes. She has tons of cookbooks.
I had 2 huge servings.
I ate so fast that I did not take a photo of the meal.
I am going to hop on the wagon tomorrow.

Cheat day for 1 or 2 days is ok for me but afterwards must stick to schedule
